Asado!

Currently eating at the Pratten Park bowling club in Ashfield. Awesome place! My dads taken the boyfriend and I to have some asado (BBQ meat) South American style though. The place has a friendly vibe, very spartan layout with simple tables set up. People can sit where they like and line up for a plate of food which includes various meats, salad and potato salad and my favourite chimmi churri!!! The plate only cost $15 per person! Loving this place. It's great to be around South American people and hearing the language ( my boyfriend and I both have South American parents but we don't really speak it) If you're around Ashfield on a Saturday night check it out, it's open from 6 to 12 pm :)

This is by far the best place I've been for dumplings. If you live in Sydney and can get to the wonderful suburb of Ashfield, then head to New Shanghai restaurant (it has a black sign with red writing on it)

I always get the shredded pork and noodles a huge bowl for only $8.80! And the crab and pork buns and any of the dumplings fried!

It's definitely worth a visit but don't expect great customer service you pretty much have to make yourself be noticed to get service, but these people are constantly on their feet so I get it ( I work in hospitality so I know there's nothing worse than a rude customer)

Enjoy!

So far ...

1.I'm only as young as I feel! 2.Our second attempt at visiting the Jenolan Caves (Blue Mountains region) after our first attempt over a year ago resulted in the bf losing my wallet >:( 3. Have you ever fallen asleep in front of an open fire place? Do it. Happy two years my love 4. I love how timeless a Polaroid can make a photo look. So when my friends and I are older we can look back and say "yeah that was us, young and free"
